Join us for fan-favourite Waffle Bar with Fried Chicken, Fresh Fruits, Maple Syrup, and more. Enjoy Made-to-Oder Eggs, plus breakfast classics like Smoked Bacon, Pork & Chicken Sausage, Maple-Glazed Ham and Breakfast Potatoes. Finish with holiday sweets at the dessert station including Chocolate Toffee Bread Pudding, Fruit Cake, Apple Pie, and Butter Tarts. Don't forget to try our feature holiday cocktail creations!

Our Dinner Buffet is filled with Christmas classics to warm your heart and feature holiday cocktail creations to warm your spirit. Enjoy Herb & Cheddar Brioche, Prawn Cocktail, Grilled Brie & Cranberry Toats, Bacon-Wrapped Scallops, and more. Chefs will serve Roasted Angus Reserve Striploin, Herb-Roasted JD Farms Turkey, and Sun Gold, Farms Lamb Leg, with sides like Mac & Cheese, Sourdough Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, and Green Bean Almondine. Finish at the Dessert Station with holiday favourites.

Join us for a classic Christmas pastime! Your booking includes an Adult Menu or Kids Menu, a complimentary festive drink, and access to the complimentary candy cart! Get creative with as many Gingerbread houses as you'd like to decorate. Adults can also enjoy our holiday cocktail creations!

New Year's Eve Gala Menu

Step into an Enchanted Garden this New Year's Eve, where Honey Salt transforms into a lush, glowing celebration of lush greenery. Guests will enjoy a four course menu with optional wine pairings, beginning with an elegant amuse bouche. The menu features Spring Salmon Carpaccio, a delicate Duck Confit Raviolo, and a main of Nova Soctia Lobster Spaghetti alongside seasonal chef creations. A decadent dessert finale completes the evening.
